This middle aged housewife presented with headache, and limb weakness. She was blind by right eye. The CT scan of the brain showed a giant sphenoid wing meningioma, which was extremely vascular. The cerebral angiography showed huge feeders from middle cerebral artery, which were embolised. Later, the tumor was excised. It could not be excised completely due to vascular involvement.
